This use to be a page about my struggle to diet, I've decided to discontinue it for now due to all the other things going on around here because I don't have the time to keep it updated and I haven't really been following a diet although I have been losing weight, not too much just a pound here and there but hey! any pound off my body is a good thing!
I decided to keep the links up because they might be useful to somebody ... I haven't checked all the links but the ones I did check were all still good, if you happen upon a dead link email me and let me know.
