EXPLORE YOUR WORLD

The Meadows:
Of all the places in your world, the Meadows are probably the safest and most tranquil. The area is open so you are able to see predators for acres around; the grass is long and there is usually a slight breeze.
Creatures:Feirans, Montarians
Plants:

The Forest:
The forest borders the Meadows, 3/4 of the way around. although at first the Forest isn't too deep, it soon gets thick and dark. Strange sounds are constantly startling you, and it gets hard for a horse to walk. It is even possible to get lost in this maze of trees.
Creatures:Feirans, Karbree Beetles, Sssabrils, Liolfs
Plants: Mixed Coniferous and Deciduous trees. Nothing harmful to horses except occasional Poison Ivy patch.

The Swamp:
On the far end of your World is the swamp. Here Quicksand abounds and the danger of getting pulled under the Earth is ever a factor. Mosquitoes, some carrying diseases, are everywhere. The place is dark, gloomy, and wet. Many horses have died trying to cross.
Creatures:Various insects, lymexes, karbree beetles, Gyardolius
Plants:Swamp plants

The Highlands:
On another side of your World, mountains are an abundance. Two mountain chains, the Alpestrines and the Badfets, (a shortening of "Bad Footing,") join to make one small section of enormous peaks known as the Triarchy. The tallest of these is Mount Windstone, taken form the legend that at the summit, a stone could control the mount's blinding winds. A very few successful hikes to the peak have proved the theory false, but the name remains.
Creatures:Feirans, Karbree Beetles, Ptergalics, Lymexes, Liolfs
Plants:Patches of coniferous forest, tundra.

The Deserts:
Perpetually cut off from some of the more accessable Mini-Worlds, the Desert is a place very few horses dare to go. The reason is simple: No water. The Desert receives a scanty 10 centimeters of rain a year. The days are unbearably hot and the nights incredibly cold, and there is the everpresent danger of desert snakes, prickly plants, and starvation.
Creatures:Snakes, Feirans, Karbree Beetles, Liolfs
Plants:Various cacti, Joshua Tree, sagebrush.

The Rain Forest:
One of the more pleasent places to be, the Rain Forest is always open for your exploration. Plant and Animal Life is varied and not incredibly threatening. Downpours are common, but the plenty of trees provide some cover. Snakes are a small threat, but don't mind the bats! They are harmless. The big fear in the Rain Forest is perhaps getting lost!
Creatures:Small snakes
Plants:Exotic tropical plants, ferns, orchids, vines.

Mediterranean:
In one of the World's corners is a very small patch of Mediterranean climate. There are rainy winters, but dry summers. The average year-round temperature is fairly comfortable, maybe a little warm for a horse, but not by much. Watch out for cyclones and other water storms in the winter.
Creatures:Feirans, Sssabrils, Liolfs, Montarians, Gyardolius
Plants:Dense shrubs/trees, scattered oak and olive trees, various grasses.

Marine:
Different than the Mediterranean, the Marine is another climate area in your world. The Marine is a very rainy place (trust me, I used to live in Seattle,) with mild winters and cool summers. Winter snow is likely, but there's not a lot of it and it melts fast.
Creatures:Feirans, Ptergalics, Ssabrils, Gyardolius
Plants:Needle-leaved trees: cedar, spruce, redwood, fir trees. Evergreen is the word!

The Northern Hills:
Actually quite a bit of the Northern half of your world is the Northern Hills. The winters are VERY cold and snowy. And yet the summers are quite warm. The area receives a moderate amount of yearly rainfall, and is mostly grassland with scattered forests.
Creatures:Feirans, Ssabrils, Karbree Beetles, Ptergalics
Plants:Various grasses; various coniferous and deciduous trees.

The Steppe:
The southern half of your world is mostly The Steppe. The Steppe receives slightly more rainfall than the desert and is generally cooler and windier. Not a lot of excitement, but look out for Predators!
Creatures:Snakes, Lymexes, Ssabrils, Feirans, Liolfs, Montarians
Plants:Short grasses; scattered coniferous forests.

Tundra:
Far, far north of the Northern Hills is a small area few horses go: The Tundra. The frozen ground is permafrost. The only water is in the snow, and eating too much snow could be dangerous if the temperatures are very low. Snow and Ice!
Creatures: Ptargalics, Feirans, Karbree Beetles
Plants:Moss, grass, lichens, few small willows and birches.

The Darklands:
