Bedtime Stories
| Usually at evenings, after seing the news on TV, we - my humans and I, sit in the living to have a little chat. Even if I don't contribute much I follow conversation attentively, specially to make sure that my name is mentioned from time to time. All kinds of themes are discussed, most of them, I fear, pretty boring and useless like politics, economy, history, philosophy, books, movies and science - in short, everything from big bang to big bug! |  |

As you are likely to have noticed, humans have no common sense at all and so this discussion goes on and on until I decide that's enough, that we are sleepy and ready to go to bed.Only my humans, absorbed in their chat, are not aware of this simple fact - so I must tell them !First I leave my cushion and right in front of them I do a big, big stretch and an enormous yawn . |
