Marci (Ctrybab70) with David, and Adrienne (MrsChemDoc) with Matthew January 1999 Our first meeting of the new year took place in southern California between two gals who have not seen each other since their babies were born three months earlier. On January 9th, Adrienne was in Marci's neighborhood to help clean up her late grandfather-in-law's house. They got together for a few hours chatting, eating Subway subs, and playing with their boys. Adrienne passed on a warm memory surrounding Matthew's "Flik" beanie baby: Marci acted as "puppeteer", making the toy both speak to and hug the babies. That seemed to have made their day!
