Last year Arthur went out in the world to check if all the children were being Naughty or Nice.  This is what he discovered.

When Arthur was traveling in Greenland he found an Elf who had nowhere to live.  Arthur decided to bring this Elf along on his trip.  The Elf's name was Cosmo.

Arthur and Cosmo went to Ocean City, New Jersey and checked on the girls and boys vacationing there.  They also took time to ride the amusement rides and participate in the Hermit Crab Beauty Contest.  The Hermit Crabs were all dressed in their costumes.  Cosmo had his Hermit Crab, Lester, all in green and yellow.  But Lester did not win.

Dan and Jennifer, who were visiting Ocean City from their home in North Carolina, did not know about the contest.  But Dan did take two Hermit Crabs home with him.  Jen took souvenirs home to her Mother.  Arthur found all the children well behaved.  Except for the time when he was swimming and everyone took delight in keeping him wet.  Arthur knew it was all in fun and he had a great time.

Then Arthur and Cosmo went back to Delran, New Jersey to watch Cheryl receive a Soccer Trophy and to see Lisa play Soccer.

Cosmo loved the game of Soccer and talked about the game all the way back to the North Pole.

After Arthur and Cosmo checked on all the children they went to the Toy Factories to make sure that everything was on schedule.  Joey is The Head Elf in charge of all the Toy Factories.

Joey showed Arthur and Cosmo all the new toys that the children were going to receive from Santa if they were good. Cosmo loved the toys so much he decided to play with them.

Everything was fine until Cosmo got stuck in Barbie's House.  What a time Arthur and Joey had getting Cosmo out.  Arthur then decided he better take Cosmo back to the North Pole to see where he was going to live and introduce him To Mr. and Mrs. Claus and all the other Elves.
