To promote a strong Family affection and brother/sisterhood with members of our great family.

By sharing our research, we may be able to better tie the different lines together.

 Please do not take everything you find on any of the family data files as ABSOLUTE FACT. Much of the information posted comes from sources that I have not verified yet, some have been sent to me, others found on internet and finally those researched and found at libraries, churches or gov't. organizations. I'll be happy to forward the source of any thing you find.

 

Hello fellow internet surfer and welcome to my home page. I'm very glad you made it this far...and I hope that you'll stick around long enough to get to know just a little bit more about my family.
 

My Interests – My Grandchildren, genealogy, sewing, cooking, camping, moonlight walks, people watching, scrapbooking and quiet talks, etc.

The best and fastest way to really get to know me is by discovering my likes and dislikes. So here we go... I have been researching my family roots, SWENSON, SVENSSON, (Sweden, Illinois); HOLTKAMP (Germany, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, North Carolina, Kentucky); ELMORE, PRUETT, LAWSON, (VA, KY, NC, TN, MO, KS, USA); ISABELL, BETTIS, CANNON (TN, MO, KS) and various other families since 1972 when my oldest daughter came in with a homework assignment of a family tree. I knew nothing of the family and my mother wasn't willing to help, so I was on my own, oh I did have aunts on my fathers side that had done a family tree years ago. I'd like to pass it on to one of my children to continue when I'm gone.
