RICHMOND PARK




Richmond Park extends over more than 2360 acres.

The park was originally enclosed as a hunting park by Charles I in 1637 and it still retains many ingredients of a medieval deer park. These include areas of grassland, bog and bracken, wetland, woodland, and the ancient parkland trees, with herds of fallow and red deer roaming freely.


ACTIVITIES
There are many activities that Richmond Park has to offer.
These include - golf, horse riding, cycling, fishing, playground, model sailing boats, cafeteria.
