Waldorf Spread
1 8-ounce) package light cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup chopped apple
1/2 cup seedless grapes, chopped
1/3 cup PLANTERSŪ Walnuts, chopped
80 TRISCUITŪ Wafers

In small bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream
cheese, honey and lemon juice until smooth. Stir in apple, grapes and walnuts. Chill until serving time. Serve as a spread on wafers.
**Note: Makes 2 1/2 cups. Try this tasty appetizer for a delicious way to ring in the New Year.

Momma Gail's Cheese Ball
2 - 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened (light version works well, too)
2 pkgs. chipped beef (chopped)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 Tbls. Worcestershire sauce

Save 2-3 slices of beef in which to roll the cheese ball. Mix the above ingredients well with hands. This is better if you can prepare ahead of time by at least 2-3 hrs. (or overnight) for the best flavor.
**Note: Served best with Ritz crackers.

Cheese Ball
1 small package velveeta cheese
3 oz. cream cheese
1 jar Roka Blue Cheese
2 green onions (chopped)

Let cheeses soften for easier combining. Mix above once the cheeses soften and roll in pecans or walnuts. Serve on party crackers.
Artichoke Dip
1 can artichokes
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup parmesan
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Chop artichokes and mix all ingredients. Put in shallow dish. (spray with Pam) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
**Note: Tastes really good served on tortilla chips.

So Easy Cheese Ball
16 ounces Velveeta cheese, softened
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
Chopped walnuts

Combine Velveeta cheese and cream cheese in mixer bowl. Beat at low speed until smooth. Shape into ball; roll in chopped walnuts. Chill in refrigerator until firm. May shape like yule log for hoiday season.
**Note: Serve with crackers and pepperoni.

Meatballs
1lb. hamburger
1 large onion
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients in bowl; make into balls and put into baking dish; pour 8oz. bottle Huffman House (or whatever) shrimp sauce and 1 1/2 cups water over meatballs; sprinkle with 1 cup brown sugar; cover; bake at 400 degrees for approx. 1 hour
**Note: My husband loves these. I always double it though cause 1# isn't enough for him. Keep in mind that I HATE shrimp sauce but I like these meatballs. They are a great appetizer.

Sausage Balls
1 lb. cheddar cheese
1 lb sausage (at room temperature)
4 cups bisquick

Grate the cheese and mix it with the sausage, add bisquick and mix with hands then roll in bite size balls place on cookie sheet bake at 350 for 15 mins.
