Roast Potatoes Poupon
12 small red skin potatoes, quartered
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1/3 cup GREY POUPON Dijon or Country Dijon Mustard
1/3 cup margarine, melted
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
In large heavy pot with tight fitting lid, place potatoes and
garlic in a single layer. Cook, covered, over low heat for 45 to 60 minutes or until done, stirring occasionally. (Low heat required for stove top roasting.) Mix mustard, margarine and parsley; toss with hot potatoes. Serve immediately.
**Note: Makes 6 servings. For a great combination, try serving this dish with Glazed Ham with Dijon Pineapple Sauce.

Festive Sweet Potatoes
3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans

Combine first 6 ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees about 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Broccoli Bake
1 can Cream of Broccoli soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. soy sauce
dash pepper
1 bunch fresh broccoli, cut up or 1 pkg. frozen - cooked/drain
1 can (2.8 oz.) French Fried Onions

Combine first 5 ingredients and 1/2 can of onions. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining onions...bake 5 minutes.
Easy Baked Beans
5 slices bacon
1 28 oz. can pork and bean in tomato sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 Tbls instant minced onion or chopped onions in desired amount
1 Tbls mustard
1/3 cup catsup

Fry bacon, drain. Combine remaining ingredients in 2 qt. casserole dish. Top with bacon. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Serves 4
