Evergreen Estates Homeowners Association, Inc.

Committees, Article X, By-Laws
The Association shall appoint an Architectural Control Committee, as provided in the Declaration, and a Nominating Committee, as provided in these By-Laws. In addition, the Board of Directors shall appoint other committees as deemed appropriate in carrying out its purpose.

Architectural Control Committee
Helps maintain the beauty of the homes in the community

Communications Committee
Helps maintain the community website, writes the community newsletter, designs fliers for community events

Landscaping Committee
Helps maintain the beauty of our common grounds

Maintenance Committee
Helps maintain the community streets, play lots, paths, picnic area, and signs

Social Committee
Helps plan and run fun activities for our community
Events include flea markets, community picnic, spring egg hunt, Halloween happening, holiday decorating
