Hello and Welcome To CareBear's Magnificent Palace Cyber-Pet Adoptions Agency Office of the West Wing.
I'm Marla and I run the front desk and I deal with all the cyber-pet adoptions and inspections and maintenance deptartments for the West Wing.
Currently we have a grab-bag type adoption going on, quickly scroll through the rules.

To adopt a FREE pet from this office you need to read over this list and make sure your page follows these SIMPLE guidelines.
1.) Your page MUST be childsafe, meaning your page must be G rated and have no links linking to any other non-G rated pages.
2.) Your page MUST have a correct working link linking to us on the same page as your pet is displayed on.
3.) You may NOT change these pets in any way.
4.) You may not include these pets in any other graphics collection and or agencies. These pets are for personal homepages only and may not be sold, re-distributed or handed out in any way.

The reason we are so strict is because quite a few people broke the simple laid back rules we had before, which in return makes it harder on you rules abiding people.

How the adoptions work in this office is we go by what we call the "rotations wheel", its almost like a grab bag type thing.
You need to copy and e-mail us the following information, once you do that we will inspect your page and make sure that your not breaking any of the rules laid out by us or the owners.
Once we have inspected your page we will send you a spontaneous pet, we dont know which one it will be and neither will you, its a surprise for all. *smiles*
This new version of adoptions makes it fun and challenging for all, if you would like to receive more than one pet, you must wait until you receive the first and then come back and e-mail us again. You may or may not receive the same pet more than once.

4.) Type of pet you would prefer: The current catagories are:
(Cats, Dogs, Horses, Mythical Creatures, Birds, Aquatic Animals)

Your information MUST be correct, if it is not your e-mail will be deleted and no pet will be sent to you. Your e-mail must be working and so must your webpage address.
