Dear Nick, Luke and Sarah: Cari's ever-present laughter and wit will be sorely missed by all, hopefully remembered forever. She was indeed an extraordinary coorespondent and a friend to all of us on the December list. I had hoped to meet Cari and you guys in summer when I visit m sister in Mullumbimby. Now, it is too late to get to know her better. Every word she ever wrote to me or to the Decemberrie list was about her love and committment to the family.
