There's only 1 recipe to a page for easier printing. You might try highlighting the desired recipe with your mouse and then right click "copy" it to "Microsoft Word" before printing out. Enjoy!
Here's a great inexpensive tip for cleaning windows-something we all have to do and most of us HATE! It's as ease as 1-2-3!
#1. Take a clean bucket and add warm water 'til about 1/3 full and a couple of squirts of a liquid dishwasher detergent like "Sunlight". Mix thoroughly-a whisk does a great job!
#2. Use a scrubbie sponge to scrub the window clean.
#3. Take a squeegie (like they use at the gas station), make one pass over the wet window, wipe on cloth and continue on the wet glass 'til window is clean!
~This does an excellent job and leaves streak-free windows!~
Most of us would love being organized and having our houses stay tidy. We just don't want to feel like we're slaves to our homes! Here's a few tips to help us ALL out...
Start one area at a time. Choose a small area like a drawer, to get started. This gives you time to have a life and feel successful (instead of feeling overwhelmed)!
Decide on a time frame. Choose to organize one drawer per week-or one per day over the weekends!
Include the whole family in getting organized, especially for the bigger jobs-then provide a "treat", like a family game night, as a reward! This might include cleaning things like: the garage, a closet, the gameroom...or under your child's bed!(LOL!!!)
Get a cordless phone and then while you chat you can tidy the kitchen, do the dishes, or fold clothes,...and you get in a little free exercise, too!
Train the kids (& your husband, too!) to pick up after themselves, otherwise you'll drive yourself crazy running in circles. This takes time and actually is a bit hard at first because it's sometimes easier to put things away ourselves than to remind our families! Remember, we have to retrain ourselves, too! You'll find yourself wanting to hurry things along by tidying them up yourself, but be patient-things WILL change.
*I'm still in the process of training my family but it IS getting easier. We have 3 of our own children and 2 foster children so we're just a little challenged! The children are slowly finding out that once their messes are taken care of they have more "free time". Still, I need these reminders for myself, too. This list gives me the chance to read them over and over and over again! : )
Please take a moment and sign my guestbook and let me know what you thought of my kitchen. For many of us it's the only feedback we receive. You can also leave any tips, ideas or thoughts (or just say hello!) and your URL so I can visit your neat site, too! Thanks! : )
