Instructions:

  1. Clean clay pots with a damp rag and let dry.
  2. Base coat your pots with your choice of acrylic paint.
  3. Decorate each pot by either sponge painting, stencils or paint freehand!
Just use your imagination! Some fun patterns are ivy leaves, flowers, checks, daisies, or you can match your kitchen wallpaper or border...
  4. Apply 2 coats of acrylic sealer to each pot. Let dry in between each coat.
  5. Plant seeds or plants, put them in a sunny window and watch them grow!

NOTES: Herbs also make a wonderful windowsill garden and are great in the kitchen. Just snip off some leaves for a quick garnish on your dinner plate! =)

SUGGESTIONS: This is truly one of the nicest housewarming gifts that you can give! They're great for quick little gifts and are inexpensive, too! This craft is great for kids!!!
