Hi! Welcome to my country home.....

I have been collecting Cat's Meows since 1989 and my collection numbers well over 1,000 pieces now. I'd like to show you how I display some of them in my home. Maybe you'll get some ideas for displaying your own collection. I will change these pictures, periodically, as I take new photos. I hope you enjoy this little tour of my Cat's Meow Village. ~ Karen _^..^_ "Mama Cat"

Top: 1988 Tradesman Series
Bottom: 1996 Greenwich Village Series
One of my favorite CM series is Series IV displayed on window, with Series VIII to the left and Series III on the right. Over the window are the 3 Cat's Meow Diners.
1995 Bed & Breakfast Series
These are all of my lighthouses displayed along with other nautical themed Cat's Meows.
I love Americana! My patriotic display includes the 1990 Washington D.C. Series and the 1998 National Treasures Series.
Top: 1988 Painted Ladies Series w/original version of Cinderella's Cottage (Martha's Vineyard Annual Edition Series).
Bottom: 1995 Daughters of the Painted Ladies Series
Here are 1983 Series I and 1984 Series II displayed together. I love the primitive style of these houses and early accessories.
These three ladder displays are on the wall behind my bed. If we ever have an earthquake and we are in bed, they'll find us buried beneath a pile of Cat's Meow houses.
Displayed on an old "mystery" tool, acquired at a yard sale, is the 1986 Fall Series.
It is lots of fun to find little knick knacks and treasures to fill the openings of a "printer's box". Displayed on top of the box is the 1990 Great Inventors Club Series w/club gift house Amelia Earhart Home. Below the box is the 1992 American Barn Series.
After going to the Sweet Sixteen Convention in August '98, I wanted to make a Ohio Cat's Meow display. I have Frycrest Farm (signed by Faline in 1990, which was the first time I met her in person); FJ Designs Factory; Glen Pine; Beall Ave. School; original Country Traditions and Robbin's Nest along the top. I have a Buckeye Tree with squirrells climbing in the branches and a Ohio Flag, along with other Ohio accessories, too. On the bottom row to the left is the custom Quilt Shop with a blue quilt.
Top: This is my firehouse display with Smokey the Bear, fire engine accessories and the 1994 Firehouse Series with a Medina Firehouse from 1990 Series VIII in the middle. (Note: Medina was painted in two different shades of red. This is the later version, which is orange-y red.) Middle: 1991 Series IX. Bottom: This is my Halloween display, which is still out. *smile* (Note: The girl, in the 4 Trick or Treater accessory pieces along the front of the scene, has a different color dress in each one.) I also have some little wood mini-figures (witch, ghost, pumpkin, etc.) amongst the CMV.
