DreamWorks, the Steven Spielberg/Jeffrey Katzenburg/David Geffen-owned studio has made an attempt to affect the outcome of the November election by tweaking the film "The Contender" at the last minute. This accusation was made by Gary Oldman, the actor who played the main Republican character. You can read the full story here on Yahoo. Dreamworks has every right under the Constitution of the United States to do what it did. However, it does show to what lengths the liberal-left media moguls will go to deceive the American public. The sad thing in all this is that we continue to allow ourselves to be duped by them. They count on our herd mentality to make their falsehoods and misleading portrayals acceptable, mainstream, and "true." Both political parties in the United States are not without spot, but to try and portray the Democratic Party as holding any sort of moral high ground over the Republicans is an out-and-out distortion of reality. The American public needs to stop believing what the liberal pundits tell them and need to start thinking and judging the truth and worth of popular culture and media for themselves. I'd be willing to bet a large chunk of cash that I don't have that if the public began thinking for themselves and making their own decisions instead of letting the Spielberg/Katzenburg/Geffen types, the United States of America would not be in the political, moral, intellectual, and spiritual decline that it is in today. So, what about it? Why don't you try thinking for yourself? I think you'll find that it's refreshing to finally be in charge of your own opinions for once. And what a difference that will make. |
