It’s
all too easy to be caught in our routine of life, and get so busy that we
never give glory and praise, as well as time and attention to our heavenly
Father above. And before we know
it, a month has passed, then a season, and then another year had gone by… Never take time out or had the time
to appreciate God and His wondrous creation. What have we toiled our lives
for? And what did we spend our
days with? This is what the
preacher-man said in the book of Ecclesiastes 2:17, “…the
work that is wrought under the sun was grievous unto me; for all is vanity
and a striving after wind”.
Life can really feel meaningless if all it is, is an endless and ruthless
cycle that literally eat us alive, and at end, nothing is count for, for we
can’t take a thing with us. What
are your objectives in life?
What are your ambitions?
Have you take time out with God, and enjoyed His marvelous creation? Do the things that are in God’s
heart, concern you? We need to
follow Him more closely, love Him more dearly, and trust & obey Him more
willingly. Would
you take a little break right now, and look up at God’s wonderful
handiworks? And whisper a word
of thanks with gratitude to the Lord of universe? If you never had given Him much of a thought before,
perhaps right now is a good time to ask Him to come into your life in a very
real way – this is always a good step to start. Then,
would you hold back yourself a-bit this week from your busy schedule of life,
and seek the Lord, what would He wants to accomplish through your life, and
how He can make your life more meaningful and rewarding. After
that, perhaps through out the year, you can make some goals and objectives to
see that you are actually & actively pattern your life according to God’s
will and callings for your life. Lastly,
in your lifetime, make a determination to accomplish those goals and
objectives, and make a difference with your life to the world around
you. God will honor that, and
the lives you touched will be grateful to you… The
preacher-man also said in the book of Proverbs 29:18, “Where
there is no vision, the people cast off restraint”. I believe if we do set goals in our lives
with the LORD, the things that touch the heart of God (the things that are
eternal) will become our passion.
And if God’s passion is our passion, then our lives will never be in
vain. Let’s
honor the Lord with our lives, and make every bit of us, and every moment of
our days count, not lost. God
Bless… |

Thoughts on the Season of Renewal
Here we are in the
springtime again. Springtime always
give me a good feeling, a sense of renewal within my spirit. Flowers budding, Trees booming, grass
getting greener, air smells fresh and birds started singing their chorus. It’s creation’s way of praising its
Creator for His steadfast love that never ceases, and His mercies never come
to an end. This
is especially true, being that it is associated with Easter time. A time where we are reminded again of
God’s unreserved love and provision for us through the sacrifice of His Son,
Jesus Christ, on the cross for our sins; that, if we would allow Christ to
come into our lives and make dwellings, God transforms us to be his children.
God indeed is GOOD! We, His
children, should never forget His love and grace that He has shown us. It really should rekindle our hearts
to follow Him more closely, love Him more dearly, and trust Him more
willingly. Continued è |
