To the Ordinary of Said County
The petition of Martha E. Campbell showeth that P. F. Campbell a resident of said County recently departed this life, leaving your petitioner as next of kin and a considerable Estate of real and personal property. The said P. F. Campbell died entirely intestate as your petitioner believes and herein alleges. Therefore your petitioner makes application that she may be appointed administrator upon the Estate of the said P. F. Campbell, and your petitioner will ever pray.

Court of Ordinary May Term 1883

Whereas - Martha E. Campbell having made application for letters of administration upon the Estate of P. F. Campbell late of said County deceased and due and legal notice of said application having been given and no objection made and it appearing to the Court that the said applicant is a suitable and proper person, the next of kin and entitled to the administration, It is therefore ordered that the said Martha E. Campbell be and she is hereby appointed administrix upon the Estate of said P. F. Campbell decd.

The petition of L. H. Zachry respectfully showeth that Philander F. Campbell Executor of Daniel H. Zachry decd. departed this life on the 2nd day of March instant, leaving the Estate of the said Zachry unrepresented.

Your petitioner showeth that it is necessary to have an administrator with will annexed upon said Estate and therefore makes this application for the appointment as the next of kin of said D. H. Zachry.

The petition of Martha E. Campbell administratrix of P. F. Campbell late of said County decd. showeth that said decd. died possessed of (120) acres more or less of lot of land Number (246) in the (5th) district of Gwinnett Co. Georgia. Your petitioner showeth that it is necessary to sell said land for the purpose of distribution, and therefore makes this application for the usual citation to issue in order that she may obtain an order authorizing her to sell said land, and your petitioner will ever pray.

Court of Ordinary September Term 1884

Whereas Martha E. Campbell administratrix of P. F. Campbell late of said County deceased having made written application for leave to sell the land belonging to the Estate of said deceased and due and legal notice of said application having been given by publication in the Hamilton Journal and no objection made and it appearing to the Court that it is necessary for said lands to be sold for the purpose of paying the debts of said deceased and for the said Martha E. Campbell administratrix as aforesaid be and she is hereby authorized and leave is hereby granted her to sell the lands belonging to the Estate of said P. F. Camobell decd. to wit, one hundred and twenty (120) acres more or less of lot of land Number (246) lying and being in the 5th District of Gwinnett County State of Georgia, said land to be sold before the Court house door in the County of Gwinnett She having first advertised the same in the public gazette published in the County of Gwinnett as the law requires.

Inventory & Appraisement of the Estate of P. F. Campbell decd.

We, the undersigned Appraisers, do certify that having been first Sworn by and before each other according to Law, that the within and foregoing is a true Inventory and Appraisement of all the Estate of P. F. Campbell deceased, So far as the Same was produced before us by the adminstrator of Said deceased, to the best of our judgment and understanding. Given under our hands, and Seals, this 26th day of May 1883.

Personally came before me, Martha E. Campbell, administrator of P. F. Campbell deceased, who, being duly sworn, deposed and says that the within and foregoing Inventory is just, true and correct, and contains a true account of all the goods and chattels rights and credits and real estate of said deceased, that have come to her hands possession or knowledge.
