You L. C. Sale G. W. Mullins John R. Bridges John N. Cox and James M. Duncan, do Swear that you will make a Just and true appraisement of all and Singular the goods and chattel of Wilkins D. Whaley Deceased, as Shall be produced by W. J. T. Whaley the administrater of the Estate of the Said Wilkins D. Whaley deceased, and that you will return the Same certified under your hand unto the Said W. J. T. Whaley administrator within the time prescribed by law.

Office of the Ordinary of Said County. It is ordered that L. C. Sale G. W. Mullins John R. Bridges John N. Cox and James M. Duncan, Shall be appointed appraisers of the Estate of Wilkins D. Whaley deceased, and after taking the Oath that they do proceed to appraise Said Estate and to return Such appraisement under their hands in the time prescribed by law.

PETITION ON ESTATE OF WILKINS D. WHALEY

To the Ordinary of Said County: The Petition of W. J. T. Whaley Administrator of Wilkins D. Whaley late of Said County, on or ablout the 10 day of July 1880 he departed this life and your petitioner has been duly appointed his administrator. that as Such administrator it is his duty to See that the allowance due the minor is Set apart: Therefore he prays the Court as the Act of 1856 requires to appoint five discreet persons to Set apart to the minor child of Wilkins D. Whaley, he having left a minor child, the amount necefsary for the Support and maintenance of Said minor child for the Space of twelve months, Either in money or Such property as may be Selected by her and five petitioner will over pray &c. Febry 7 1881. W. J. T. Whaley Adminstrator of Wilkins D. Whaley Petitioner

At Chambers February 8 1881. The foregoing application of W. J. T. Whaley Administrator of Wilkins D. Whaley having been read and considered. It is ordered by me in Order that the Provisions due the minor child may be lawfully Set apart, That James M. Duncan John R. Bridges James T. Cleveland William R. Cleveland and George N. Stewart or a majority of them taking into consideration all the circumstances of the Said Wilkins D. Whaleys family and Estate afsess for the minor child a Sum necefsary for her Support and maintenance for twelve months from the death of her intestate, and then Set apart that amount in money or Such property as She may Select at a fair valuation to be made by them, and to return to me within three months after their appointment a Schedule of the property or amount of money So Set apart for Support and maintenance to be recorded.
