These Scrapbooking pages have been my (michelle) latest hobby
(ok, ok, .....my latest addiction when Bobby allows).
I have almost completed Bobby's first year album and plan to keep on going. These are a few of the pages that we have had scanned or scanned ourselves.
These are my sonogram pictures. I made this image small so the download time would not take as long, but SB'ers will get the idea. I used the "It's A Boy, It's A Boy" background page and got the idea of the pregnant figure (blue side-view figure to the right of the page) off of the Internet. The figure was pretty easy to draw out with a pencil and then cut to fit whatever size album you are working on. (excuse the shadow of my head towards the bottom of the page!)
Bobby is about 2 months old in these Flower Pictures. I used a rainbow background page, and die outs for the flowers and flower pot, and stickers for the insects and Looney Toon character.
Bobby is about 3-4 months in the floating pictures below. The background page looks like stars and also came from the Baby's First Year book, as did the ones above. All of the pictures were used with clip art from our computer. I liked the idea of using song titles for my page titles and this one is titled (the flag behind the airplane) "Dream a Little dream of Me". (excuse the shadow of my head in the bottom left corner again!).
Bobby is 6-1/2 months old in the train picture below. The journaling on the cloud has his name, age, and says that he was sitting up on his own July, 1997, and that he is playing w/ his great-grandpa Rossley's hand built train engine. The clouds and son are clip art, the tree is a die cut, the apples and smoke were made with a punch, and the train on tracks were stickers.
