Note: Jacob's second wife was Magdalena Schantz, who died one year before he did. The executors were not Jacob's brothers since his brother John predeceased him and his brother Christian was by then living in Ontario, Canada. They probably were his sons John and Christian. John died in December of 1810 -- after the will was drawn up, but only a few days before it was probated.
