The joint gravestone of WILLIAM SCANLAN (1819-1892) and his wife CATHERINE DONOVAN (1821-1913) placed in the Catholic cemetery of Hermosa, South Dakota - around 1915.

Not shown here is a white stone pedestal which bears the name "SCANLAN" in large letters. The place names are "Nenagh Co., Tipperary" and "Urlingford Co., Kilkenny".
