Macaroni-Cheese-Beef
Casserole
1 (7.25 ounce) pkg. mac & cheese | 1 lb. lean ground beef |
2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans stewed | 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
tomatoes, drained |
Prepare
Prepare macaroni and cheese dinner according to package directions; set aside.
Brown
Brown ground beef in a skillet, stirring until it crumbles; drain.
Combine
Combine macaroni and cheese, beef, and tomatoes in a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Bake
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, and bake 5 additional minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
