Honey-Mustard
Pork Tenderloin
2(3/4pound) pork tenderloins, trimmed | vegetable cooking spray |
1/4 cup honey | 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar |
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard | 1/2 teaspoon paprika |
Place
Place tenderloins on a rack coated with cooking spray; place rack in broiler pan, and set aside.
Combine
Combine honey and remaining ingredients; spoon one-third of honey mixture over tenderloins; set remaining honey mixture aside.
Bake
Bake tenderloins at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, basting occasionally with remaining honey mixture. Cut tenderloins into thin slices. Yield: 6 servings
