Ham and Potato Casserole

1 (26ounce) pkg. frozen shredded 1 (1lb) ham slice, cut into bite size
potatoes 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of
1/2 teaspoon pepper potato soup, undiluted
1/4 grated parmesean cheese 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Combine

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; spoon into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.

Bake

Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes; sprinkle with cheeses and paprika, and bake 5 additional minutes or until thoroughly heated. Yield: 4 to 5 servings
