I wonder where I'll go tonight
The Master says "It's time"
He's chosen me a family
And says "It will be fine"

I hate to leave The Father
For He's so very kind
But He says this family needs me
And He knows I wouldn't mind

So I'll leave His side, reluctantly
In answer to the call
I'll be a living witness
To His love for one and all

I hope they want a little girl
To brighten up their days
That they'll let me share my laughter
And my love in many ways

I'll give them many kisses
And hug their necks real tight
We'll be a happy family
For the Fathers always right

I always will remember
My Father's tender care
And when they tuck me in at night
I'll say a little prayer

I'll say God Bless my mommy
And certainly daddy too
With angels nearby keeping
To watch the whole night through

So thank you Dearest Father
For choosing me to be
Their darling little daughter
In this happy family
