Certificates of Recognition were awarded on August 22, 1999 to 8 members of the GST BMX Race Track and other 2 non-members who helped recover the lost bicycle of one of their friends and co-member Raymond Sacapaņo. The bicycle was found on the night of the 14th of August, 1999 on the hands of an unknown resident of Rosario who insisted that he had bought the bicycle from a person from Cavite City whom he doesn't even know .
