Elihu Ackley
Joel Ackley was made an Ensign of the 3 Company in the 26th. Regiment of CT state troops. He served as a member of two different NY companies during the revolution and recieved a 600 acre grant of land in Ulysses township in what is now Tompkins Co., NY.
