Our father is John Collier Richard Fredrick (Pat) Patterson. He was born on April 21, 1892 in Vincennese, Indiana, the son of Mary and Roderick Patterson.
He was married prior to or sometime during World War I. He and his wife had a daughter together. He served overseas during World War I and upon his return, he and his wife got a divorce. After the divorce, he re-enlisted for a second hitch.
In the 1930's, he was sent to Fitzzimmons Army Hospital in Colorado. Upon his discharge, he settled in Denver where he met and later married my mother.
I would like to locate the daughter born of his first marriage and any other living members of her family.
