Ena (Ignatia Francisan) Gomes - Silveria 4 Aug 4, 1920 (My GGGreat Grandmother)

Ena, beloved wife of the late Joseph Mathias (Mathias Joseph) Silveria and loving mother of Mrs. Mary Silveria Rose, John and Manuel Silveria and the late Mrs. Mary Rogers, a native of the Azores Islands, aged 76 years.

 Friends are invited to attend the funeral today (Saturday) August 7 1920, from the T. McNalley Sons Parlors, 95 South Market Street, San Jose, CA. At 9 o'clock a.m. thence to the Five Wounds Church, where a mass of requiem will be celebrated for the repose of her soul, commencing at 9:30 o'clock a.m.

Interment Calvary Cemetery. Please omit Flowers

Mathias Joseph Silveria 14 June 1904 (My GGGreat Grandfather)

Died from his Injures on 14 Jun 1904.

Mathias Joseph Silveria the aged Portuguese resident of San Flippie, CA who was injured last week by a wild runaway team dashing into his wagon. Died at Doctor Clarks Hospital Tuesday afternoon. The decade was 71 years old and a native of the Azores Islands and had been a resident of the state of California for many years. He was the father of a large family, who with his widow survived him. The funeral took place Thursday morning from the residence of his daughter Mrs. Mary Rogers at 62 Delmas Ave, San Jose. The funeral was largely attended. The U.P.E.C. a Portuguese Insurance Society attended the funeral in a body.
