I awake alone and think of you,
Or all the things we've done.
To keep me from getting blue,
I remember all the fun.
When I'm working in the hot sun,
I only think of Tuesday.
It makes work more fun,
My body seems never to catch a ray.
When I sit to eat at night,
I remember my yearbook.
And everything will seem alright,
I might even forget the awful cook.
I sleep and dream of all we do,
When my heart sinks through.
To keep from getting blue,
I remember you.
