The floor fell out from under me,
More ways than one today.
A piercing scream,
Off the 'Edge' and on our way.
The grizzly was wild,
Up and down we flew.
Yet the ride seemed mild,
If she only knew.
Then the real scare happened,
Caught with our hands in the cooler.
Almost busted had me crappin'
Could have measured how close with a ruler.
The revolution was a rise,
I almost missed being on the ride.
When I glanced and we locked eyes,
I broke, this ride I would not be denied.
The rest of the day was great,
We roamed and played.
Radioactive fruit is what I ate.
We strolled until every ride was slain.
The ride home was intense,
Asleep in my lap was my date.
I was anything but tense,
But we heaeded home before too late.
