Award form page

Stormy is pleased to announce he has an award for those special people who love animals. Do you think your page qualifies? If it meets the following guidelines, then submit the form for your award. An email with linking instructions and a graphic will be sent to you within two weeks if your site has received the Stormy Select Award.

The criteria are:

Dog or pet oriented pages including dog sports (French Ring, Schutzhund,, herding, and tracking), rodeo, canine nutrition and health, animal rescue.
Suitable for viewers of all ages (no graphic violence, nudity, sexual references, references to substance abuse).
No websites consisting solely of links. There must be text content and/or photos in addition to links.
Abolutely no pages will be accepted from commercial breeders (aka "puppymills") or dog brokers.
