WillieGirls Domain has moved to Rainbow Bridge.

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.
There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.
There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

I entered this world November 13, 1987. My Mom had 11 puppies that had to be taken Caesarean section. This left the litter to be hand fed. I was 5 weeks old when I was introduced to my home. Which was December 19, 1987. Oh the 2:00 a.m. puppy feedings..which consisted of ground up puppy chow,(I will add here my Dad wrecked our blender over this!) and goats milk. I have heard my parents say I was the greatest Christmas Present EVER. How I got my name WillieGirl. My adopted Mom had phoned about us puppies before they came to select the "cream of the crop" so to speak...and the lady told them she had 3 females, and 1 male...Mom had her heart set on the name Willie, but when they arrived she had sold the male already. So what else could she do except name me Willie"Girl"...It all makes sense now doesn't it?

A note from Ozzie McMutt:

My Sister WillieGirl is gone, but will never be very far from our hearts. She is at Rainbow Bridge now, and doesn't have to be sick anymore. Thank you for taking time to remember WillieGirl with us. She had so many web buddies, and loved everyone of them. Thank You All.

MaxMax was with us a very short time (17 months)...he was rescued from some not so nice owners. He died of cancer 04/02/04...it was detected too late for us to do anything about it. He is gone...but, all the love and happiness he left behind will always be in our hearts.

MANY tailwags to Misty for Max's Remembrance Tag. It is something we will always cherish. Misty is a Terrific Person.
