Right now, I'm staying home and just taking care of everyone. Due to serious health issues, staying at home works for us right now. I am currently looking to get back into the workforce, but where we live is so limited that it's been difficult to find a job...even with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology! I've got applications all over town and even have applications in Iowa, where most of my family lives. I just started selling gourmet dog biscuits online and hope to earn some revenue thru that avenue. My husband is Paramedic/Firefighter. He loves to work and now has 1 full-time job and many part-time jobs! He works part-time as a volunteer fireman, teaches first aid/CPR at the Vo-Tech, and is a salesman at O'Reilly Auto Parts. As you can see, he is busy and he takes care of me!
. I'm 34 years young and married to a wonderful man, who just happens to be younger than me. Well, two weeks younger, but younger anyway!! We have been married 11 years now!! Wow, can't believe it's been that long...where did the time go?
We have 2 dogs now, a rat terrier named Sissy and a chihuahua named Molly. We adopted Molly a couple years ago and Sissy still isn't too sure about her. Molly is pure "little sister" and bugs Sissy to no end. Molly was a runaway and some friends of ours found her and coudln't keep her. Once I saw her, I was bound and determined to bring her home.
I love to scrapbook!!!!!!!! I think I'm addicted and seem to be a "collector" of supplies, but scared to use them. I think it's an illness...ask any scrapbooker and she will tell you the same. I have a few sites that I visit reguarly, so check out my links page!
I have a beautiful neice, named Emily, and I love her to pieces!!! We don't get to see a lot of each other because we live about 12 hours away from each other! We try to visit with each other as much as possible, but I still miss her!!! I have lots of pictures of her!!! She looks just like her An't Nell!! Emily just graduated from preschool May 21, 2005 and called to let me know that she had graduated and already had had her cake and punch! What priorities! She's excited to be starting school in the fall and I know she will do great!
