  Roy Danforth is a graduate of the University of California at Davis receiving a B.S.(1978) and M.S.(1980) in Tropical Agronomy. He has worked with the Agroforestry Program at the Mission station "Loko" since 1978. He is a born-again Christian and believes whole-heartedly in serving Christ by serving the poor. Roy has a wife, Aleta, and two sons, Josh and Sam.

  Paul Noren was born in Congo to missionary parents who served in Congo from the early 1950s to the late 1980s. He is a graduate of North Park College obtaining a B.A. in Anthropology in 1979. He has been a servant at Loko since 1976. He, too is a born-again Christian and accepts the difficult challenge of providing hope to a struggling nation. Paul has a wife, Sheryl, two sons, Karl and Erik, and a daughter Kristina.
