Some of the facts so you get to know us
I was born and raised in Southern Illinois. I am a nurse of 20 years. Rich was born in New York City and was an MP in the army.
We have lived in Northern and Southern Illinois.. Now we live in NW Louisianna where the winters are warm
We do have some kids. Aaron is in MI and is married, no kids that I know of.. Chris is in college in IL, and last I heard was living on noodles and trying to clean house. Mike is still in High School and collecting scape metal to mend his truck.
I like to read, play on my computer and paint little houses. I have 28 of them as of Sep 2001. I am trying to make a garden in the back.. Rich plays military computer games, reads and builds models.. We both like to fish and sit on our patio.
Of course, my main hobby is geneaolgy. I also host the Randolph Co and Williamson Co pages at Illinois Trails and transcribe things for several other counties. Check out this site for research in Illinois.
We share our home with a small zoo......Aramus--½ elkhound & ½ German Shepard, AnaBell--Queen cat, Echo--Congo African Grey Parrot, Gwendolyn--Chow Chow, LittleBird--parrotkeet, Maximus--½ Chow Chow ½ Great Dane, Red--a beta fish and a tank of tropical fish.. Pictures
