Mrs. John Johnson today secured divorce and asked that her name of Letha Ackley, by a former marriage, be restored to her. She stated in her complaint that the name of Johnson was odious to her, and Judge Brents granted the request with her decrees of divorce this afternoon..
Since the Jeffries-Johnson affair at Reno last summer. John Johnson has been known among his friends as "Jack Johnson,' it is said. This did not appeal to Mrs. Johnson, and she tired of the name which was familiar to nearly every tongue In the land. The grounds for the divorce `were non-support The defendant did not appear in court to contest the claim
