Survivors include six sisters, Mrs. Purl (Nancy) Brown, Waverly, Mrs. Kenneth (Opal) Strausbaugh. Chillicothe Rosemary VanSickle, Columbus, Frances McMasters, Cameron, W.Va., Mrs. John (Edith) Hutchison. Chillicothe. Mrs. David (Helen) Atwell, Darbydale, Ohio: two brothers, Charles Ackley. Gardena, Calif.. and Harold Ackiey, Springfield: stepchildren, Shirley Bell, Billie Lee, Sue Springer, and Sonja Hines, all of Chillicothe: foster son, Jimmy Hilton, Morenci, Mich.: numerous nieces and nephews He was predeceased by two brothers and two sisters.
Mr. Ackley was a retired taxi cab driver.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Haller Funeral Home with the Rev. Eric Van Buskirk officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call 10 am. until 1 p.m. Tuesday at Hallers.

Reed, with whom she lived; grandchildren, Ronnie and his wife, Shannon Nichols, Shawn Nichols, Tonia and Chad Angus; step grandchildren, Tracy Lyn and her husband, Rodney Grant; and Jerry D. Steinbrook, Jr; great grandchildren, Brandon Nichols and Taylor Angus; step-great granddaughter, Cheyenne Grant; sisters and brothers-in-law, Sharon K. and Daniel Schneider, Tampa, Fla., and Marjorie and Julius Tipton, Ironton; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Mary K. Nolan.
Mrs. Reed retired in 1992, as supervisor of housekeeping at Medical Center Hospital, where she had worked for 26 years.
Funeral services are to be held 1 p.m. Monday in the Ware Funeral Home, with Rev. David Cyrus officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call at Ware's from 5-8p.m. Sunday.
