He was predeceased by grandfathers, Arthur Lane and Virgil Ackley.
Mr. Ackley was an employee of the Running Fox Golf Course.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Aug 14 at the Haller Funeral Home with Rev, Dennis Havens officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Friends may call at Haller's 5-9 p.m. Monday. Pallbearers will include Kevin Moody, Steve Lane, Franklin Kopp, Rick Robison, Kenny Pitizer, Tad Algeo, Scott Lane, Tim Hardesty, and Brett Pollock.
