Gilmerr, 56, of Frankfort, died Sunday evening, Feb. 20, 2005, in the Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus. She was born in Frankfort, OH, Nov. 3, 1948, the daughter of Harley and Frances L. Ackley Frey. On July 30, 1993, she married Mike Gilmerr, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Ashley DeWitt, of Frankfort; one son, Todd Tootle, of Chillicothe; one grandson, Nathan Tootle; one sister, Barbara Jones, of Chillicothe; one brother, Lonnie P. (Shella) Frey, of Frankfort; one niece, Kellie Jo Frey, of Frankfort; two nephews, Pete and Jason Jones, of Chillicothe. She was preceded in death by her mother, Frances Frey.
Peggy retired in January of 2004 from General Electric in Circleville where she had worked for 33 years. She was a 1967 graduate of Frankfort High School and was a member of the Frankfort United Methodist Church.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 24, 2005, at Ebright Funeral Home in Frankfort with the Rev. Randy Rinehart officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
