Frey, 50, of Frankfort died Tuesday, May 17, 2005, at 3:05 p.m. in Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe. He was born in Ross County Dec. 21, 1954, the son of Harley P. and Frances L. Ackley Frey. Lonnie married the former Shella Wolford Dec 21, 1974, who survives.
Also surviving is his father, Harley "Gabe" Frey, of Frankfort; one daughter, Kellie J. Frey; and her fiancé, John H. Ritchhart, of Frankfort; one sister, Barbara Jones; of Chillicothe; mother-in-law,and father-in-law, Naomi and Herb Zickafoos, of Frankfort; sister-in-law, Kris Burns, of Frankfort; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Frances Frey; and sister, Peggy Gilmerr.
Lonnie was a 1973 graduate of Adena High School.
He was an employee of Kenworth Truck Co. for 25 years and was production supervisor in the paint department.
Funeral services will be Saturday, May 21, 2005, at 1 p.m. at Ebright Funeral Home of Frankfort with Pastor Neil Foster officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 5 to 8 p.m.
