Mrs Eva Ione Selsor Rogers, 40, wife of Frank J Rodgers, died at her home, 314 South Roosevelt Ave. at 9:30 P M Friday. She had been ill for four weeks.
Born in Chillicothe November 28, 1895, she was the daughter of Mahlon and Marchia Byers Fogle. She had lived in Piqua 18 years and became the wife of Frank Rodger on July 5, 1940. She was a member of St Boniface church..
She leaves behind her husband, her mother Mrs Marchia Fogle, sons, Seaman 2nd Frederick John Selsor, U. S. Navy, Guy B Selsor, Donald F Selsor, Charles H Selsor all of Piqua, and Pfc Harry J Selsor U S Army overseas; a daughter, Juanita M Selsor of Piqua; five grandchildren; a brother, Weldon Fogle of Dayton, and two sisters, Mrs Harry Armstrong (Laretta) of Indianapolis and Mrs Marguertite King of Chicago. Her first husband died July 30 1939.
The body was removed to the J C Cron and Sons funeral home. Funeral arrangements will be announced in Monday's paper.
