She later married Ben Willis in 1962 in Petersburg; he preceded her in death.
Mrs. Willis was a supervisor at New Salem State Park for many years. She was later employed at Sunny Acres Nursing Home in Petersburg.
She was a member of the Faith Tabernacle Church in Jacksonville.
Survivors: a son, Max Allen of Petersburg; a daughter, Frieda Mae
(husband, Don) White of Springfield; six grandchildren; 11 great- grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Arie Ackley of Jacksonville.
Services: 2 p.m. Thursday, Williamson Funeral Home, Jacksonville.
Burial: Oakland Cemetery, Petersburg.
