She died on 18 Aug 2005 in Glasgow, Barren, Kentucky.⁸⁴ Her Obituary appeared in the The Paducah Sun on 20 Aug 2005 in Paducah, McCracken, Kentucky Services for Inez Fay Woodrick, 88, of Columbia, Ky., formerly of Tamms, will be at 3 p.m. Monday at Jones Funeral Home. Burial will be in Alto Pass Cemetery.
Mrs. Woodrick died at 11:40 p.m. Thursday at Barren County Health Care Center in Glasgow, Ky.
She was a retired mental health supervisor for the state of Illinois, and was a member of Bradley Church of God.
Surviving are one daughter, Cammie Crandall of Columbia; one son, John Woodrick of Columbia; one sister, Geneva Cowell of California; two grandchildren, Celeste Marc and Paul Milk; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces.
She was preceded in death by one grandson. Her parents were Raymond and Lilly Barker Ackley.
Friends may call after 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
