3. Phoebe Ann CONKLIN was born on 21 Sep 1830 in Monroe , Ohio.^2,6 She died on 10 Feb 1910 in Ava, Douglas , Missouri.⁶ Her Obituary appeared in the Douglas Co., Herald on 24 Feb 1910 in Ava, Douglas , Missouri⁶ "Died at her home about five north west of the city of Ava in
Douglas Co., MO at about 11:30 on the 10th day of
Feb.1910, Mrs. Phebe Sade, wife of Thomas Sade, after an
illness of about a years duration. Phebe was born in
the state of Ohio in the year 1830, and was married to Mr. Sade
in Jackson county in the year 184& She was the
mother of three boys and one girl, and at the time of her death
there were thirty one grandchildren and twenty one
great grand children. She died at the age of seventy-nine years
four months and thirteen days, she was always a
dutiful loving wife and mother ever trying in some way to make
others happy, she patiently bore the burdens of life
and in religious belief was an adventist christian, believing in
the second coming of Christ the resurection of the
dead, and a future lift where there would be no sickness, sorrow,
pain, nor death. Mother is now at rest and let us
all wish that her hopes may be realized The Rev. Curry made a
short prayer and short address at the cemetary."

Phoebe Ann CONKLIN and Thomas Jefferson SADE were married on 12 Oct 1848.^6,7 marriage produced four children
