Patricia Ann ACKLEY and Thomas HORTON were married about 1979.^12,14,22 Thomas HORTON (son of Living) was born on 4 May 1954 in Buffalo, Erie , New York.²³ He died on 30 Dec 2004 in Depew, Erie, New York.²³ His Obituary appeared in the 1 Jan 2005 The Buffalo News in Buffalo, Erie , New York Thomas W. Horton, a former machinist, died unexpectedly Thursday in his Depew home. He was 50.
The Buffalo native graduated from Bishop Turner High School.
He worked for 31 years as a machinist for Vibratech in Alden until the plant closed in 2003. He also worked part time for Amigone Funeral Home.


Mr. Horton was a steward for Machinists Local 850 and a Eucharistic minister at St. Gerard's Catholic Church, where he was a member of the Holy Name Society. He volunteered for the Variety Club.
Mr. Horton enjoyed woodworking and was a fan of the Buffalo Bills and the Three Stooges.
Survivors include his wife of 26 years, the former Patricia Ackley; his mother, Marie of Lancaster; and four sisters, Patricia Marabella of Santa Rosa, Calif., Mary Lou Eustace of Acushnet, Mass., Geralyn Whetstone of Amherst and Janet Ahearn of Lancaster.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Monday in Our Lady Help of Christians Chapel, 4115 Union Road, Cheektowaga, after prayers at 8:45 in Amigone Funeral Home, 6050 Transit Road, Depew. Burial will be in Our Lady Help of Christians Cemetery, Cheektowaga
