Detective Sergeant Walter Immel today arrested Gurth Ackley, a barber, whose home is at Hicksville and who is wanted at Defiance on a charge of burglary. He is accused of having entered a Defiance barber shop early in the morning and taking some tools and $3 in cash. He was at work in a local shop when he was arrested.
