Edith J Ackley Becomes Bride of a Camillus Man
PENN YAN, Oct 15-Yesterday afternoon occurred the marriage of Miss Edith J
Ackley, daughter of Mr and Mrs Harvey M Ackley of South avenue, to Glen G Orcutt
of Camillus. The ceremony was performed at the house of the bride's parents
by Rev De Witt S Hooker, pastor of the Methodist Church of this village, in the
presence of a large number of friends and relatives.
The bride was attired in a handsome white silk gown and was attended by Miss
Flora Robinson of Dundee of Dundee, who wore a white silk gown with trimmings
of gold. Myron Rapleo of Dundee was best man.
Mr and Mrs Orcutt left on an evening train for a wedding trip. They will reside
at Camillus. She died after 1954.288 Edith
