Memorial services for Frances Lenore (Stumpf) Miller, 89, of Willoughby, a homemaker, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 4, 2008, at the Lyons Chapel at the Nason Center of Breckenridge Village, 36859 Ridge Road, Willoughby.
Mrs. Miller died May 9, 2008, at Fairmount Health Center at Breckenridge Village in Willoughby.
Born Jan. 21, 1919, in Cleveland, she was raised in the Cleveland area and lived in many different cities before moving to Breckenridge Village in Willoughby, in 1987.
She was a graduate of Shaw High School in East Cleveland. She was a member of the Body of Christ Community Church in Willoughby, volunteered as a puppeteer with a local group, the Babes, which performed shows for elementary students about drug and alcohol awareness, and enjoyed performing in community theatre groups.
Survivors are her sister-in-law, Marie Stumpf; niece, Nancy J. Kuhn and her family, all of the Houston, Texas area; and many dear friends at Breckenridge Village.
Her husband, Carl E. Miller, died Jan. 31, 2000. Her parents, Arthur and Gertrude Stumpf; and brother, Horace A. Stumpf, are also deceased.
There will be no calling hours. The Rev. Donald J. Grauer, Chaplain of Breckenridge Village and Rev. Michael A. Currier of the Body of Christ Community will officiate at the memorial service.
In lieu of flowers, contributions are encouraged to the Breckenridge Life Care Fund, 36855 Ridge Road, Willoughby, OH 44094.
